The rooms are not en-suite. If the self catering flat is not occupied, it can be booked for Bed & Breakfast. A full English breakfast is served, with vegetarian or other alternatives.
	The attractive spacious lounge/dining room has extensive views across the town to the fells beyond. A delightful suntrap patio is available.
